From concept to implementation – how we work

The design department is where every project begins. This is where the concept is born – the first sketches, ideas, analyses and visions, which we then transform into a specific engineering project. This process is crucial because it determines the quality and efficiency of the subsequent stages of implementation.

In the conceptual phase, designers and engineers work closely with clients and other departments of the company. Our goal is not only to create functional solutions, but also to adapt them to the needs of end users as much as possible. Sometimes, at this stage, we make the first conceptual drawings – often in the form of traditional hand sketches, which, despite technological progress, still have their irreplaceable place in the creative process.

Advanced design technologies

Once the concept is approved, we move on to digital modeling. We use the most advanced computer-aided design tools (CAD/CAM), which allow us to create detailed 3D models and complete technical documentation and manufacturing drawings. This data is the basis for the implementation of subsequent stages of production and assembly.

Importantly, our design department is not limited to designing "from scratch". One of the pillars of our work is also 3D scanning technology, which allows us to precisely reproduce existing elements or structures and then integrate them with new projects. Thanks to this, we can carry out modernization, adaptation or renovation work at the highest level of accuracy.
